AI moderator pricing for interview teams

AI moderator pricing at Moderators starts at $99 a month, or $49.50 a month billed annually, for 100 chat interviews, 120 voice minutes and 1 seat. Four plans cover founders, product teams, research teams and larger organizations, and every price is on this page. Annual billing is the default and costs 50 percent less than monthly.

What happens to unused interviews

The limit applies to the billing period. Interviews and voice minutes that are not used in a period do not carry over, and a limit that is used up does not come back until the next period starts. Payments are not refunded, so choose the plan that fits the volume you expect. Details of how a study runs are on the features page.

How much does an AI moderated interview cost

99¢
Starter monthly
62¢
Team monthly
31¢
Team annual

You can work it out from the plan limits. At the Team limit, $249 divided by 400 chat interviews is about 62 cents per interview. On annual billing, $124.50 divided by 400 is about 31 cents per interview. At the Starter limit, $99 divided by 100 chat interviews is 99 cents per interview, or about 50 cents on annual billing.

Voice is counted in minutes. At the Team limit, $249 divided by 300 voice minutes is about 83 cents per minute, so a 15 minute voice interview comes to about $12.45 when you use the whole plan on voice. Chat and voice share the same plan price, so you decide how to split the month. The ai moderated interviews page explains when each format fits.

Is there a free version

No. There are four paid plans, and you can start the first interview without a card on the home page before you choose one.

Why is annual billing the default

Annual billing costs 50 percent less per month than monthly billing, so it is shown first. Monthly prices are listed next to it for teams that prefer to pay month by month.

Do I need to talk to anyone to buy Enterprise

No. Enterprise has a price and the same Get started button as every other plan. More questions are answered in the ai moderator faq.

Can I find out how my data is handled before I buy

Yes. The research data security page describes who owns your data and which controls you get.
